Refund Policy

RizzFlow AI Premium is sold as one-time passes. This page explains when refunds are possible and how to request one.

1. Digital one-time purchase

RizzFlow AI Premium is a digital product delivered instantly. Premium access is activated immediately after a successful payment — credits, badges and Premium features unlock on your account right away. Because of this, completed purchases are generally non-refundable.

2. One-time payment · no auto renewal

Premium plans on RizzFlow AI are one-time purchases:

  • Weekly Pass (₹99) — 7 days of Premium.
  • Monthly Pass (₹399) — 30 days of Premium.

There is no recurring billing and no auto-renewal. Premium access expires automatically at the end of your plan and you will not be charged again unless you choose to buy another pass.

3. When we do review refunds

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion, only in situations like:

  • Duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same pass in a short time window.
  • Failed activation — payment was successful but Premium features did not unlock on your account and our team could not activate them.
  • Verified technical issue — Premium features were unavailable for an extended period due to a confirmed bug on our side and our team could not fix it within a reasonable time.

4. Billing dispute process

To raise a billing dispute:

  • Email rizzflowai@gmail.com from the email linked to your RizzFlow AI account.
  • Mention your username, plan (Weekly Pass / Monthly Pass), and the date of the charge.
  • Attach a screenshot of the payment if possible.

We aim to respond within 5–7 working days. Please raise disputes with us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank — chargebacks may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.

5. What is not eligible for a refund

  • Abuse, spam, harassment or other policy violations.
  • Fraudulent payments or stolen-card disputes.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms & Conditions.
  • Unused days remaining on an active pass.
  • Change of mind after the pass has been actively used.

6. After your Premium expires

Premium access ends automatically at the end of your Weekly or Monthly Pass. Nothing renews on its own. When you are ready, you can buy another pass any time from Plans to continue using Premium features.
