By creating an account, downloading the app or using any part of RizzFlow AI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be old enough under the laws of your country to use AI chat and dating-related services (usually 13+ or 16+). If you are under 18, please use the app with the awareness of a parent or guardian.

• Keep your login details safe and do not share your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us right away at rizzflowai@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Provide accurate information when signing up and keep it updated.

The Community Rizz feed is a shared space. To keep it good for everyone:

• Be funny, be flirty, but stay respectful.
• No abusive language, slurs or gaalis — posts are automatically blocked.
• No copy-pasting other users' lines — near-duplicate posts are detected and blocked.
• No spam, mass posting, scams or self-promotion bots.
• No sexual content involving minors, hate speech, threats or doxxing — these will lead to immediate account termination.

You retain ownership of content you post on RizzFlow AI. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content inside the app and on our public website so other users can see and like it. You are fully responsible for what you post and confirm that you have the right to share it.

All AI-generated lines, replies, screenshot analyses and coaching messages are suggestions only. They are intended for entertainment, confidence and conversation assistance. They are not professional, medical, legal, psychological or relationship advice. RizzFlow AI is not responsible for outcomes resulting from AI-generated content — what you actually send to another person and how they react is your responsibility.

RizzFlow AI offers two plans:

• Free Plan — 5 credits per day for the first 3 days, NewVibe badge, limited AI replies and limited Shuffle access. No verified tick.
• Premium Plan (one-time purchase) — Weekly Pass ₹99 (7 days of Premium) or Monthly Pass ₹399 (30 days of Premium). Unlimited credits, unlimited AI replies, screenshot analysis replies, unlimited Shuffle access, profile picture upload, better AI replies, verified tick and VIP / PREMIUM / ALPHA / RIZZLER badges.

Features, prices and limits may change. If they do, the updated details will be shown before you buy another pass.

Premium on RizzFlow AI is sold as one-time purchases, not as a recurring subscription:

• Weekly Pass ₹99 unlocks Premium for 7 days.
• Monthly Pass ₹399 unlocks Premium for 30 days.
• There is no automatic recurring billing and no auto-renewal. You will not be charged again unless you choose to buy another pass.
• Premium access is activated immediately after a successful payment and expires automatically at the end of the plan duration.
• After expiry, your account moves to the Free plan. You can purchase another Weekly or Monthly Pass whenever you want to continue using Premium.

You agree not to use RizzFlow AI to:

• Harass, threaten, blackmail, dox, stalk or bully any person.
• Generate or share sexual content involving minors, hateful content, or content that incites violence.
• Spam, mass-message, scam or impersonate anyone.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
• Use the app for anything illegal.

We may suspend or permanently terminate any account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, harms other users or endangers the platform. In most cases we will give a warning, but for serious abuse (sexual content involving minors, threats, fraud, repeated harassment) we may act immediately and without refund.

RizzFlow AI gives you ideas, lines and suggestions. You are fully responsible for what you actually send or say to other people in real life. We are not responsible for how the other person reacts, replies or feels.

The RizzFlow AI name, logo, design, code and content are owned by us and protected by law. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or build a competing service using our product.

We use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, AI models, payments and analytics. Their terms and policies also apply when we use their services to deliver ours.

RizzFlow AI is provided “as is” without any guarantees. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost relationships, emotional distress, missed opportunities, loss of profits or data loss arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make important changes we will notify you in the app or on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
