Privacy Policy

RizzFlow AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI wingman app that helps users craft pickup lines, rizz replies, savage comebacks and flirty messages, plus an in-app community to share lines. The service is available on rizzflowai.in and our mobile app.

To use RizzFlow AI you create an account with a username, a display name and a password. Login sessions are managed by our authentication provider using securely hashed passwords and short-lived session tokens. We never store your password in plain text.

We collect the email linked to your account so we can secure your login, send important account or billing notifications, and help you recover your account. We do not send marketing emails without your consent and we do not sell your email address to anyone.

We use basic browser storage (such as localStorage) to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We use lightweight analytics to count visits, measure feature usage and detect bugs. We do not run third-party advertising trackers and we do not sell your data.

Messages you send to our AI wingman (Reply Wingman and Coach Wingman) and screenshots you attach are stored so you can see your history and continue conversations. You can clear your chat history at any time from Profile → Clear Chat History.

When you publish a post in the Community Rizz feed (W Rizz, Reply Game, Funny AF), the post becomes visible to other users along with your username, display name, plan badge and avatar. We store:

• The text content of your post.
• Category and panel theme you chose.
• Likes and engagement counters.
• Timestamps for moderation and abuse detection.

We run automated checks (profanity filter and near-duplicate detection) before a post is published. You are responsible for what you post — see our Terms & Conditions.

Paid plans are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card number, CVV or bank details on our servers. We do store your plan status (Free / Premium), plan start and end dates, renewal cycle and the email used at checkout so we can deliver and renew your subscription. Our AI replies are generated by third-party AI models. They are intended for fun, entertainment and conversation help. AI can sometimes produce inaccurate, biased or inappropriate content. You are responsible for reviewing any reply before you send it to a real person.

Your data is stored on trusted cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to user data inside our team is restricted to people who need it for support or operations. We use Row Level Security on our database so users cannot read each other's private data. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your account.

We retain your account data while your account is active. Chat history is kept until you clear it. Community posts are kept until you delete them or your account is deleted. Billing records are kept as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law. When an account is deleted, related data is removed within a reasonable period, except for limited records required for security or legal reasons.

You can request deletion of your account, chat history and community posts at any time by emailing us at rizzflowai@gmail.com from the email linked to your account. We will action the request within a reasonable period after verifying you.

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: update inaccurate or outdated information from Profile → Edit Profile.
• Deletion: request account and data deletion via email.
• Withdraw consent: stop using the service at any time.
• Complaints: raise concerns with us first; you may also contact your local data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated.

We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum data needed with service providers that help us run the app (cloud hosting, authentication, AI model providers, payment processors, analytics). We may disclose information if required by law.

RizzFlow AI is not intended for users below the age allowed by their local law to use AI chat or dating-related services (typically 13+ or 16+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If the changes are important we will notify you in the app or on this page. Continued use of RizzFlow AI after changes means you accept the updated policy.
